Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand‑up martial art combining punching and kicking. It delivers an intense cardio workout that improves cardiovascular endurance and burns significant calories—about 372 calories in 30 minutes for a 155‑pound person.

Training builds muscle strength, balance and coordination and boosts confidence and mental health. Our classes welcome beginners and experienced fighters.

Boxing

Boxing is a classic combat sport focused on attack and defence with the fists. Our classes teach proper stance, footwork and punch combinations while offering a full‑body workout.

Training improves balance, posture and core strength and enhances memory and concentration. With expert coaching, boxing sessions build endurance, hand‑eye coordination and confidence in a supportive environment.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai, the “Art of Eight Limbs”, uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees. A one‑hour session can burn up to 1 000 calories, delivering both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

Training builds confidence and self‑esteem, teaches clinch fighting and throws and improves core strength, mobility and coordination. It’s ideal for fitness and practical self‑defence.

Grappling

Grappling covers throws, sweeps, clinching, ground fighting and submissions. It emphasises body control and leverage rather than striking. Training engages the entire body, building strength, endurance, flexibility and core stability.

Grappling also sharpens problem-solving and mental resilience while teaching effective self-defence for real-world situations. Our classes include Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu and wrestling techniques.
