Boxing is a classic combat sport that focuses on attack and defence with the fists. Boxers wear padded gloves and follow the Marquess of Queensberry rules, aiming to land effective punches while avoiding being hit. Bouts consist of 3–12 rounds of three minutes each.

What Happens in a Boxing Class?
Our boxing classes at Furious Fighters blend technical instruction with high‑intensity conditioning. You’ll learn proper stance, guard, footwork and fundamental punches. Sessions often include:
- Shadowboxing to perfect movement
- Mitt work and partner drills
- Heavy‑bag training for power and endurance
- Footwork and defensive drills
- Strength and core exercises
Classes are structured so beginners feel comfortable while experienced boxers can push themselves. Safety and correct technique are always emphasised.
